About the position
To strengthen our private practice for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Stuttgart, we are looking for a social media manager (m/f/d) to support us in content creation and social media management. The position covers both the creative development and the operational implementation of content and is carried out in close coordination with the practice owner, Dr. Zimmermann. We stand for aesthetic treatments at a very high level – professionally excellent, and appreciative, discreet and trustworthy in our dealings with our patients.
The position can be carried out flexibly as a mini job or part-time employment (e.g. approx. 10 hours per week) and combines on-site appointments in the practice with independent work from home.
Your tasks
- Planning, creating and publishing high-quality social media content
- Recording photo and video content in the practice (e.g. for reels, short videos, etc.)
- Editing and cutting videos and designing posts
- Content planning and structuring of publications
- Managing and developing the social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Developing creative ideas for presenting the practice and its services
- Close coordination with the practice owner on content direction
Your profile
- A strong affinity for social media and current trends
- Confident use of tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar applications
- Experience in creating and editing image and video content
- Creativity and a good sense of aesthetics and visual presentation
- Self-confident manner – also in front of the camera, e.g. for video formats or interviews
- Empathetic approach to patients and a good feel for people
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to plan and implement projects on your own responsibility
- Reliability and a high degree of initiative
