About the position
To strengthen our private practice for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Stuttgart, we are looking for an experienced practice assistant (m/f/d). The position is a key role for the successful running of everyday practice and is carried out in close cooperation with the practice owner, Dr. Zimmermann. We stand for aesthetic treatments at a very high level – professionally excellent, and appreciative, discreet and trustworthy in our dealings with our patients.
Your tasks
- Assisting Dr. Zimmermann in everyday practice
- Organizing and coordinating practice processes
- Documentation and preparation and follow-up of treatments
- Supporting structured and smooth practice operations
- Empathetic care of patients
Your profile
- Experience in practice operations and/or the OR, e.g. as a medical assistant, dental assistant, surgical technologist or nurse
- Alternatively, career changers from the service sector (e.g. hospitality)
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working
- Confident manner and calm presence
- Discreet and appreciative approach to patients
