About the position
To strengthen our private practice for plastic and aesthetic surgery in Stuttgart, we are looking for an experienced medical assistant (m/f/d) with sound knowledge of practice management. The position is a key role for the successful running of everyday practice and is carried out in close cooperation with the practice owner, Dr. Zimmermann. We stand for aesthetic treatments at a very high level – professionally excellent, and appreciative, discreet and trustworthy in our dealings with our patients.
Your tasks
- Taking on and coordinating practice management tasks in close consultation with Dr. Zimmermann
- Organizing and managing daily practice processes and scheduling
- Documentation and preparation and follow-up of treatments
- Quality assurance and further development of internal processes and standards
- Empathetic and professional care of patients
- Support with administrative and organizational tasks in the practice
Your profile
- Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA)
- Several years of professional experience as a medical assistant, ideally in a private practice or comparable environment
- Proven experience or further training in practice management (e.g. practice manager, specialist for outpatient medical care or comparable)
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working
- Confident manner, organizational talent and a high degree of initiative
- Discreet and appreciative approach to patients
